In the heart of San Martino, the Aignerhof is run by Anna and Christoph, two young farmers driven by genuine passion. Together, we bring the essence of South Tyrol to Quellenhof See Lodge through select beef, artisanal cheese, fresh eggs, and farm butter – crafted with dedication and respect for nature.

One of the few farms in South Tyrol to practice mother-bound calf rearing, the Aignerhof stands for authenticity, respect, and love for the land – the same values that define true luxury at Quellenhof.

  • Aignerhof, the heart of our collaboration, where tradition and innovation coexist in perfect harmony.
  • Inser Gorten, a small mountain orchard whose fruits are served in our Seelodge.
  • Fischzucht Schiefer, a fish farm that provides the finest, freshest mountain fish.

A Guided Visit and Tasting at the Aignerhof

Guests of the Quellenhof See Lodge are invited to enjoy an authentic experience at the Aignerhof, discovering where the ingredients that reach our tables are born.
The visit includes a personal meeting with Anna and Christoph, a walk through the farm, and a tasting of award-winning cheeses, accompanied by fine local wines and homemade apple juice. An experience that unites land, flavour, and authenticity, revealing the very essence of our From Farm to Table philosophy.

Aignerhof Special Dinner

When the Earth Meets the Palate

An exclusive experience celebrating the connection between nature, flavour, and authenticity. The Aignerhof Special Dinners are intimate and refined evenings designed for a small circle of guests who wish to experience South Tyrol through all their senses.

The evening begins with a guided visit to the farm alongside the producers, continues with an aperitif surrounded by nature, and culminates in a gourmet dinner inspired by the genuine flavours of South Tyrol, paired with selected wines. A moment to slow down, to listen, and to rediscover true luxury – the beauty of authentic simplicity.
