Dive deep at the See Lodge
A bathing lake stretching serenely before you. Palm trees all around, and the sun shining down on you. Close your eyes and take a trip in your mind: can you smell the tropical fruits and sense the Caribbean atmosphere? The Quellenhof See Lodge, reminiscent of the Maldives, is the ideal setting for marvellous underwater adventures, such as a dive down to the sunken MS MIKE in the six-metre-deep pool or an introductory scuba diving course. What’s more, you can even obtain your diving certification here.
For hobby divers and real professionals
Our certified diving instructor, Elias, introduces you to this fascinating water sport. First, you will receive a theoretical and practical introduction to diving basics, such as underwater hand signals, breathing techniques, and equipment handling. Then, you can try your first dives in the swimming pool. In the basic course, you can go on AquaMissions and become a member of the PADI Seal Team. With a little experience, ten more challenging AquaMissions await, which are rewarded with the Master Seal diving certificate. These missions include recognising and identifying marine creatures, finding underwater objects, salvaging, and more. Our scuba diving courses are suitable for guests from the age of 15 (PADI) and culminate in the diving certification that allows you to dive to a depth of twelve metres worldwide.

Here you will get a first feel for the underwater world, learn how to use the equipment and practise diving in the pool.
This course offers an introduction to the underwater world. Participants will learn how to handle the diving equipment and try their hand at diving in the pool. A variety of underwater games will help them build up their confidence in the water and teach them how to enjoy the feeling of weightlessness.
All activities will be under the continuous supervision of a diving instructor. This course is specially devised for people with no previous experience of diving.
Price: €70.00 per person for a 1 ½ hours lession
Number of participants: Maximum 5 persons (for 1 person there is an extra charge of 20,00€)
Important: Please be aware that higher altitudes (200 metres of altitude elevation gain or more) must be avoided in the six hours after diving.
Please note that while diving is a fascinating and fulfilling sport, it can be an extreme situation for the body.
Therefore, you should avoid ascending more than 200 metres in altitude for a period of six hours following the dive.
