Binding booking: Your reservation becomes binding after your written booking order and our written reconfirmation.

Room reservations: Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to confirm a specific room number or floor. We will try to take your wishes into account. This also applies to table requests in our restaurant.

Prices: With this pricelist, any previous pricelist becomes invalid. If the price information in the booking confirmation differs from this price list, the prices and general terms and conditions of the accessible website pricelist always apply.

Visitor's tax: There is a local visitor's tax per person (from 14 years) and night in Passeier.  

Half Board: The prices include our BalanceCUISINE half board.

Children's prices: Please refer to our price list for children's prices (from 14 years). When booking online, the age-dependent prices for children are calculated automatically.

A holiday with your dog: We charge €25 per dog per day (without food).

Deposit/payment: For special bookings (suites, groups, special arrangements) a deposit of 40% may be required. The bill must be settled upon departure. 

Method of payment: We accept EC-Bankomat cards, Visa, MasterCard, and advance bank transfers.

Cancellation Conditions:
In the event of circumstances forcing you to cancel your stay at Quellenhof Luxury Resorts, the following conditions apply.

• Up to 4 weeks before arrival, cancellation is free.
• For cancellations made 4 weeks to 11 days before arrival, we charge 40% of the booking price.
• For cancellations made 10 days to 1 day before arrival, we charge 70% of the booking price.
• In the event of no-show or early departure, the booking is charged in full.

Cancellations are only accepted in writing. The cancellation conditions apply irrespective of whether the cancelled rooms are resold in full or in part. If a deposit has already been paid, it will be refunded in the form of a voucher after consideration of the cancellation conditions. We do not offer a refund.
We recommend taking out our travel insurance, which covers cancellation fees in the event of accident, illness or death of the insured and their children, parents or grandparents. Covid-19 illness is also covered. Please note that insurance arrangements need to be made at the time of booking, and that you can take out your policy through our partner HOGAST.

If you need to cancel your stay, we offer you the opportunity to rebook it for free up to 3 weeks before your arrival. The new booking must be made for a period within the same year, and is not eligible for free cancellation. In this case, cancellations are charged 40% until 11 days before arrival, 70% between 10 days and 1 day before arrival, and 100% in the event of no-show.
Reservations are confirmed as binding upon payment of a 40% deposit, with the remaining amount to be settled on the day of departure. We accept payments by debit card and Visa or MasterCard credit card. If you wish to make a cash payment, please be aware of the applicable limits. Alternatively, we accept payments by advance bank transfer, provided the full amount is received no later than the day of departure (standard processing time is 3 days).

Arrival: Travel here comfortably by car, train, or plane. Information for your arrival

Check-in: the rooms are ready for occupancy at 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.

Check-out: The rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Late check-out for your room is subject to availability and a surcharge of 50% of the room price (without dinner).

Late Check-out for the spa area: € 50 per room (from noon)

Parking: You may park in our parking garage free of charge.

E-charging station: Several charging stations for electric vehicles (Mennekes) are available to you (for a fee).

À-la-carte Restaurant/Bistro: The bistro offers light Mediterranean dishes and snacks at lunch and in the afternoon, as well as homemade cakes and ice cream.

Dress code: We kindly ask you to come to dinner in elegant attire.

Wine: Wide range of Italian and South Tyrolean wines and selected wines from all over the world.

Bar: Hotel bar with cocktails, a fine selection of high-quality distillates, and wines. 

BalanceSPA: 800m² spa. Feel-good with 1 infinity pool with indoor access, 1 large artificial swimming lake. In addition, relaxing massages. Cosmetics as well as couple treatments and private spa.

BalanceSAUNA: Small, but fine sauna area with Finnish sauna, steam bath, and organic sanarium, cold water pool, and spacious fresh-air area.

Single room: Prices for suites in single occupancy upon request.

Hairdresser: Treat yourself to a new hairstyle in our salon in the Quellenhof-Spa and consult with our professional staff.

BalanceSPORT program:

• Well-equipped, supervised fitness and exercise room.  
• BalanceSPORT program: Versatile active and workout program with extensive offerings from yoga to personal training. The sports program in the main resort is also available for our guests.
• A large garden area on the roof of the See Lodge with open-air fitness and gymnastics area. 
• Varied outdoor and action programs such as horseback riding, golf, tennis, paragliding, quad, canyoning, etc.
